Art, what a wonderful response . . . I'm so sorry it's taken me 3 months to get back to you. I'm trying to work out a system, but organisation has never been my greatest strength.

I love your comment about being your authentic self--if there's a blessing in getting older (I truly do search for the) I think it's feeling more and more comfortable with not putting on pretences and, in fact, just being our authentic selves.
