At 78, I’ve never entertained this question and can’t imagine doing so—although circumstances can change in ways we never imagined. Intellectual curiosity, an interest in the world around us (current dire state notwithstanding) provide reasons to keep going.
It’s sad to see that curiosity die—at any age.
