Had to respond to your story, Trisha. I've been doing a bit of Medium ranting lately and resolved to take a more positive approach, but, l also found the 2015 Alanis Morissette story in my feed --right above a 2018 piece about someone's quest to duplicate canned chili.

I can't imagine what algorithmic tweaking came up with either story as something that might be of interest to me--while also determining that stories by writers I regularly read have no place in my feed.

Medium does indeed work in strange and mystical ways.
