I absolutely can't resist articles about Medium stats, earnings--dropping and increasing--even though I hate myself for it.

I've only been on since November, had a great month in December (given my limited time on the platform) and a slightly less encouraging one so far for January. I've tried unsuccessfully to understand it all, but I don't.

I just remind myself that the reason I began writing on Medium was to enforce a discipline, to write consistently etc. In that regard, it's been a success. Thanks for your article, I'm glad you didn't resist writing on the topic.
