I have an Uncle Ed of sorts--in the form of my son who exhibits pretty much the same pattern of behaviour. I also cherish the hope that the person I once knew is still in there somewhere, but I'm not optimistic.

Sad though your story is, I enjoyed reading it. Not sure I would trust anything Musk was involved with coming anywhere near me, much less my brain.
