I nodded and smiled (looking a little crazy) all the way through this, Beth. That drill instructor voice constantly sounds off in my head too.

The only thing I’m consistent about is inconsistency. If I can get the drill instructor to shut up, I like to think of it as a creative personality. See if that label works for you too, I think it might.
