I Would Ask Medium For Help . . .

Except it never does

Since my Medium overnights dropped like a stone in December, I probably wouldn’t care, or even notice that the Partner Program earnings weren’t updated over night but — it must be the anti Grinch virus I just installed — I got boosted a few days ago and, well you know how that goes. Now I’m eager to see how the earnings have accumulated.

But by 16:53 today, Paris time, there has been no update. The stats only reflect yesterday’s activity. Today shows no view, no reads — although I’ve been notified of views and reads.

It would be nice to ask Medium if there’s a system problem, or whether it’s just me. Out of the million plus Medium writers have they decided to single out one lonely scribbler, moi, for attention by refusing to update her stats?

Or maybe Medium PTB are too deeply into the holiday cheer to bother with updates.

I’d love to know. Anyone else with the same problem?

UPDATE: Just received this from Jacob Bennett with Medium. It’s an actual system problem, we’re working on it!! Sorry about the inconvenience. No stats or earnings have been lost, just delayed in the reporting.

Great to get a response. Problem solved — at least on this end.
