I've thought about this a lot, Sara. Also many of the other points in your article. I often feel that I present a 'curated' version of my life, especially the one here in France, that doesn't reveal a lot beneath the Instagram sort of pictures. Similarly, my relationship--I mostly write about the things that work and leave out the messy bits. There are reasons for the more curated view, also for the warts and all type writing--it's a continuing issue with no clear answer--at least for me. Thanks for a thought provoking story.
