It's so easy to feel on top of the world one minute, then come crashing down the next. It's almost a daily occurrence for me. I read Pema Chodron, a Buddhist nun , who writes about the impermance of everything and how to cultivate non attachment. I find great comfort in her work-Ive lost count of the times I've given her book-When Things Fall Apart to friends. Still, it's a constant struggle and writing, unfortunately, isn't always rewarding emotionally or financially.
