I’ve always thought that running must offer a spectacular sort of freedom, a feeling that walking doesn’t quite capture. Unfortunately, I’m unlikely to experience the feeling first hand. Your piece offered a glimpse of it though, I love the way you’ve incorporated very specific details into the stream of consciousness. Terrific vicarious experience.
