Just read this, then realised I hadn't seen the others--the lead up to the move--so I went back and read the one just before and will work my way back. This sounds like a promising start though--a sandwich and a glass of wine in the sun room would definitely be a mood elevator for me. And--remembering my first place here in France--finding a fridge full of food wouldn't be bad either. Best of all though, you 'felt at home.' Always a great feeling. I'm looking forward to catching up and reading further impressions.
