My heart goes out to you. I am almost your mother's age, but fortunately still with my wits about me (or so I like to think) but dreading ever reaching the stage when I become dependent on others.

My mother died just after her 100th birthday. I took care of her during the last few years of her life and I well remember how physically and emotional exhaust it was.

My best wishes to you, your mother is fortunate to have such a loving daughter.
