No way to pass up this story--or poutine. I love it. I had it first while on a press trip to Nova Scotia. I was the only non Canadian in the group. I've since eaten it in Victoria, BC.

Some ex-pat Canadians from Quebec set up a shop in Beziers, France close to where I live. I was excited to try it again, my British partner was less enthusiastic. The shop has been there for about a year though and seems to be doing ok--so poutine might be set to invade France . . .
