I might be feeling ever so slightly sensitive on the subject because I wrote last weekend about e-mail subscribers not receiving e-mailed stories. Before I wrote about this, I tried to contact Medium but never managed to report the problem--another apparent glitch and, perhaps, another story to write.

Writing about the problems we encounter as writers on Medium is sometimes our only recourse.
