Sorry to hear about your health and son issues, I’m familiar with both types, but unfortunately know of no easy solution for the latter.
I think you did the right thing though —fresh air, exercise, money saving and the creative spark for an enjoyable story.
The wisteria in my garden, which I call Putin for it’s ruthless territorial expansion, is shedding leaves at a rapid clip. I may head outside and follow you example.
