Thanks for an interesting article. I've been paying the price for the years ago sins of unprotected skin in the California sun--spots frozen off my hands and face, Mohs procedure for Basal and Squamous cancers. My dermatologist here in France mentioned something about a new procedure that sounds a bit like what you've described. Possibly in the cards for me. The danger with the precancerous spots if they're not removed is that they can turn cancerous. Are you satisfied with the treatment--despite the ordeal?

At 68, I started a new chapter in my life: I moved to France. Alone. It turned out to be quite the page-turner. Still is — even when age insists on a part.
