Thanks so much, Linda. And, since I've been here in the clinique with patchy internet service and institutional food-I've come across so many of your recipes and accompanying info that I want to try starting with one about noodles. I love them, especially Udon. I've considered asking my partner to bring in a package that I can just pour boiling water over--but I'll wait.
I'm so far behind on reading and responding, but I will eventually catch up. xxx
