Thanks, Trishia, I know that! And I appreciate it. Cremant . . .super! Blanquette de Limoux and I think Crement de Lemoux, I guess that's what you're drinking, are the best buys here --older than champagne, originated in Limoux, near Carcassonne, delicious.

Also Noilly Prat vermouth is made in Marseillan, not far from Sete, you can tour the factory if you're interested, we did that a few years ago. Marseillan is also a lovely little port with open air restaurants and one of the best Irish coffees in France.
