This is an interesting story, Harold, thank-you for writing it. It brings up an issue that I've been struggling with for some time. The impact of things I write about on those close to me. Too complex to go into here, but it would be a great topic for discussion. I had a similar discussion recently with someone else on Medium--the idea that a memoir or article could be much stronger with certain details, but not using them for fear of hurting someone close.
