This is an interesting topic, Linda. I'm glad I saw it. I essentially share your views--publishers need to make money and a celebrity name will sell the sort of book that if written by an unknown writer probably wouldn't even get published.

Still, there is something a little deceptive and underhanded about the marketing. I'm always interested in WW2 stories--my mother lived through the London blitz--but I'm not sure I'll buy this book.
