This is excellent advice Jo and so relatable. At 78, I am aware of, but still reluctant to admit to many of the changes that come with ageing. At times I find the whole thing depressing and just want to retreat. But talking about it, sharing with others, admitting what is happening, removes a lot of stress and lightens things up considerably. Very good article.
