This is very wise, Carole, and a message I need to hear right now. It's very easy to beat myself up for not having the same capacity to do certain things that I enjoyed, even just a few years ago. I'm always reluctant to use age as an excuse--but sometimes we really do deserve to take it easy once in a while.
