Very enjoyable, Bev. I have a Polish friend who used to make pierogies--Grammarly just corrected my spelling. They were filled with potato, I think. I quite liked them, but no one else did. Perhaps it's one of those things you have to grow up with to enjoy--although that's not true in my case. Who knows? No accounting for taste.
