Very funny, I love your Brits v American stories, I enjoy the advantage of being able to relate to one or the other--depending on which side happens to be presented in the most favourable light.

I once worked in a hospital admitting office in California, doctors had to provide a tentative diagnosis on a patient's admission note. One doctor wrote GOK. No idea, so I called him. God Only Knows. . .
