We’ve been eating avocado toast for the past three mornings—thanks to a special, which like yours wasn’t really that much of a reduction—but we absolutely love them. I just make it with good olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Your additions sound good though. I shall have to look for it at Intermarche. Thanks!
