What a beautiful story, a tale of bygone times. I love your descriptions of the impromptu music sessions and the clips. My favourite version of Long Black Veil has always been Sting's--I hope that's right, I'm terrible with names--but whoever sings it, it is a fantastic song . . . and story. Thanks for a great read.
